Install and Upload:

• Download Unity Hub and Unity 2019.4.31f1
• Unzip the project file
• Open Unity Hub and click "Open" in the top right
• Open the project file
• Wait for project to finish loading
• Go to "VRChat SDK" at the top and click "Reload SDK" or else video player may not work
• Sign into the SDK
• Use the SDK to swap between PC/Android build platforms
